Nick 此前曾在 Cisco 担任过多个职位，包括该公司中小企业首席技术官、EMEAR（欧洲、中东、非洲及俄罗斯）创新总监、英国协作技术首席技术官以及欧洲统一通信技术主管。他拥有深厚的软件工程背景，先后获得了埃塞克斯大学的电子系统工程学士学位，以及南安普顿学院的软件工程硕士学位。Nick 曾在多个国家生活过，目前与妻子和两个儿子定居英国。
